Web Browsers were originally designed and available on desktop/laptop computers. As the technical industries have expanded, web browsers have found there way into phones and other technical devices. With the ever expanding technical platforms that are increasingly weaving there way into our daily life, there are more and more web browsers being developed to provide access to these devices. Some of the technical platforms require specific browsers to take advatage of the features/restrictions of those platforms. (i.e. Mobile Devices such as phones.)
