  Help Navigating Our Web Site
In order to provide as much meaningful information to you as quickly as possible, we have structured our web site to contain service units, which in turn contain sub-sections.
  • Service units are identified by white lettering and their links are provided in the dark blue section of our selection bar, at the top of our web pages.
    • The Active sub-section selection is displayed in blue with a grey background.
    • The to-be-selected sub-section selection is displayed in cyan.
    • Available selections are displayed in white.

  • Sub-sections are located on the lighter blue section of the bar directly below the service units. The sub-section links are identified by the black lettering on the menu bar.
    • The Active sub-section selection is displayed in blue with a grey background.
    • The to-be-selected sub-section selection is displayed in cyan.
    • Available selections are displayed in black.

To better use the limited available window space, we have included some vertical scrolling text. The vertical scrolling text has some usefull features:
  • All vertical text fields will loop, allowing one to view the list again.
  • If one moves the mouse over the scrolling text,
    • The scrolling text will stop.
    • The selected scrolling text will change color to red.
    • The selected scrolling text will provide a link for more information about that item.
    • If you move the mouse off of the scrolling text, the text will start to scroll again.
Examples of scrolling text:
